BORDUM ISLAND

The size of our entire land on the island is 27,300 m2. It is occupied by a 700 m2 mansion, a 100 m2 stone house used for lodging, and a 150 m2 closed area.

720 m2 MANSION

The two-story mansion has a total of six bedrooms, and each bedroom has a separate bathroom inside.

1st Floor

There are four bedrooms (with bathrooms inside), each 35 m2; a 170 m2 living room; a 30 m2 kitchen; a 30 m2 pantry; a 200 m2 open terrace; and a gazebo for breakfast and meal purposes, which is 60 m2. The mansion has a private dock and a sun terrace. The sea can be seen from every part of the mansion.

2nd Floor

There are two bedrooms (with bathrooms inside), each 45 m2, and an open terrace of 80 m2 in the middle of these rooms.

(In addition, there’s open space for four additional 35 m2 bedrooms, which can be built easily by assembling a roof on top of them, if necessary.)

CLEAN WATER NEED

Our boat with a 10-ton carrying capacity is used to transport clean water from the land to the concrete warehouse with a 90-ton capacity on our land.

ENERGY NEED

There are solar panels that can produce 14 kW of energy and a 34 kW generator on our land. In cases of demand, the number of panels can be increased.

THE VEGETATION AND LANDSCAPE OF THE ISLAND

Olive trees, pine trees, juniper, fig, and daphne trees, and palm trees, with the addition of endemic plants, can be found on the island.

Security on the Island

Two staff members who stay on the island throughout the year provide security for the island.

TRANSPORTATION TO THE ISLAND

Transportation is available through the pier of Yalıçiflik Sea Garden Resort Hotel. The vehicles are parked in the secured parking lot of the hotel. The island is 2 miles away from the hotel and 11 miles away from the center of Bodrum.

NOTES

1. For the 100-m2 stone house, the Peace of Reconstruction (for which the application process has been filed) can be used to turn the stone house into a 250-m2 estate if desired.
2. In addition, the abovementioned 150 m2 closed area can be turned into a 250 m2 estate with the use of the Peace of Reconstruction (for which the application process has been filed).
